* Summary: In this lesson,
the students will learn the use of punctuation: Comma.
* Grammatical note:
Notice that we
use a comma
→ between the day and month.
→ between the day of the month and the year.
→ If a date is given in the middle of a
sentence, we separate the year with comma.
→
When we say an introductory word, we usually pause slightly. In writing, this
slight pause is shown with a comma.
* A : Read the following sentences and notice where
the commas are put.
